Hello everyone- Genevieve Legg (ebay: elemental_art) here with a question for any Canadians out there.
In the past, when I have sold rolled one-sheets, I have sent them in a PVC tube about 30" long, using Canada Post. The price was affordable, about 8 bucks. Now there has apparently been a size restriction placed limiting the length of such a package to under 24 inches. The option is to use Expedited delivery, which can more than double the price. However, I see other Canadian sellers who are advertising shipping rates of anywhere from 6-8 bucks to mail a full length mailing tube. Can anybody tell me how they're doing this? Even my local Post Office says it's just not possible. And, while I'm here, I may as well throw in a little plug for my METROPOLIS aluminum wall sculpture which I have on eBay. For those that haven't seen it before, please have a look: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=014&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=330077542902&rd=1&rd=1 If the link doesn't work, the item number is 330077542902 I am limiting this series to 25 pieces, and am now on number 4!
