I have had similar problems with Turbo Lister and it seems that eBay is
currently plagued with glitches. They may also have created a major headache
with eBay guides and reviews - more about that here.....
http://reviews.ebay.com/THE-FUTURE-for-eBay-Reviews-Guides-and-Blogs_W0QQugidZ10000000001692239
eBay has achieved many great things over the years but the current regime is
setting a dangerous course with regular fee increases, glitches etc etc.
My tip for the day would be to avoid using Turbo Lister. Another glitch to
watch out for with Turbo Lister is the sudden mysterious addition of a
"photo fee" despite the fact that you are using your own image hosting.
Sellers should always use the "calculate listing fee" option before
uploading their items.
This may all be a crashing bore to buyers but the end result is less
listings on eBay so buyers are affected as well.

Yes, there are now pages of complaints on the eBay boards about the
Turbolister glitch, that has caused lots of people problems outside of the
shipping destinations option including having HTML templates stripped,
images lost etc, etc.
There are literally hundreds if not thousands of sellers that are
experiencing the same problem out there and doubtless it's costing them
sales.
The odd thing is that so far I haven't seen a single word from eBay on the
subject - and it's a problem that's at least a week old.
What have they told you Bruce about the problem? I'm sure I'm not the only
MOPO member who is a seller as well as a buyer who'd like to hear the
excuses they have provided.
Best,
Phil

Subject: [MOPO] Two important announcements from eMoviePoster.com
I want to make all MoPo members aware of two important announcements
concerning eMoviePoster.com:
1) There was a weird eBay "glitch" this week! We use their "Turbo
Lister" tool to list our items, and it caused the shipping column on all
of this week's items to read "United States only"! Of course, this is
incorrect, as WE GLADLY SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, just as we have
always done. eBay had no "fix" for this, EXCEPT for manually changing
each auction one-by-one. But their system does not let us change
auctions that have bids, so we were only able to correct approximately
700 of the 1,096 items. But we want you to be aware that we will send
ALL of the 1,096 items anywhere in the world, regardless of what the
shipping column reads (and this will always be true for our auctions).
2) We now have an important new "backup" for our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Current Auction
Image Gallery! A high percentage of our bidders have discovered that it
is FAR easier to look at our items through our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Current Auction
Image Gallery.
But because so many of our bidders now use our gallery, on rare
occasions it has overwhelmed our server, and some of our bidders have not
been able to access it, especially right when the auctions are closing.
Worse yet, this outage in our server means that you can't see the images
on our eBay auctions, because our large and super-sized images are housed
on the same server as our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Current Auction
Image Gallery.
THEREFORE, WE HAVE CREATED A
<http://www.emovieposter.info/gallery/currentauctions.php>BACKUP "MIRROR"
VERSION OF OUR CURRENT AUCTION IMAGE GALLERY. It is located at
<http://www.emovieposter.info/gallery/currentauctions.php>http://www.emovieposter.info/gallery/currentauctions.php
. This is housed on a completely different server, and will always be
available. The only time you want to use it, however, is whenever you
CAN'T access our regular
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Current Auction
Image Gallery, OR when you can't view the larger images on our auctions.
PLEASE ADD
<http://www.emovieposter.info/gallery/currentauctions.php>http://www.emovieposter.info/gallery/currentauctions.php
TO YOUR FAVORITES/BOOKMARKS. You will likely either never need it, or
only use it once, but if you are a regular bidder in our auctions, it
will be invaluable to you the day you DO need it, for you will be able to
see all of our large images, and use this "mirr!
or" version of our Current Auction Image Gallery, even though the main
version is unavailable.
Thanks to those of our 26,600+ customers who are also MoPo members!
Bruce
