Hi, Chris, et. al., from Joe Bonelli in New Orleans.
Last September I had the pleasure of touring this wonderful theatre that was
designed by the same person who did the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans-- still
out of commission in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina (expected to be
reopened in 2008 or '09).
The theatre in Tampa is smaller but no less spectacular and the organ is
thunderous and exciting. We were told about this program featuring "Phantom"
and orchestral and organ accompaniment.
My friends are going and I would certainly go were I there. If you are
within an easy drive of Tampa I think it will be an exciting occasion.
