I use 11 x14 precut I get from a corrogated converter.. its d flute 200 lb test corrogated and i use 4 sheets per shipment

tapeing with masking tape and 1st polybagging or shrink wrap loose with a l-bar sealer and then use 1/8 foam and the corrogated

and then wrap the entire unit in kraft paper again useing masking tape. and then I used the large priority mail boxes that will take 11 x14

and stuff alittle newsprint as a cusion on each end.. and on sides..... so 4 pieces corrogated board,, plastic, foam, pare, and then box...

and i like to throw in some extra freebes on top like old vintage paper.. or a postcard or vintage movie tickets or popcorn box..

this safest way ive found to send posters... I buy the pre cuts in 1000 piece runs and they are like 10 15 cents cent each.. many box converters

will cut them for you you can get chipboard in heavier thickness same way however its not as strong as the corrogated board stock

I really hate cutting cardboard when I ship my folded one sheets.
Do any of you have a better way on shipping folded one sheets.
Or is there some way to buy precut cardboard or a certain size photomailer.
Any help would be great on this. It is a problem I have had for years.
Also I am trying to fit these into a prioity mailer it seems to best in size for the
shipping of one sheets.
Also if any one here has a good idea on the fair price to ask for each poster in the list I sent that would be helpful I have a idea on most of them but I do like to
ask prices in reason.
