I'm friends with Scott...I wasn't when I joined Mopo in 2001. but since Scott
and I live in Columbus we have become friends in the last several years.
In talking with Scott, I know Mopo is his compassion. He set Mopo up to discuss
movie posters and the movie field.
Lets see, what has the Mopo'ers done for Scott...
We have Andy Neal posting to Mopo, Come over to my site, the hell with MOPO!
Does Scott go to Andy's site and say, come over to MOPO? NO
Then you have the sellers...most usually only post on MOPO to buy their stuff!
Rick Ryan for example post up to 3 times a day everyday. Free advertisement and
has made a living doing so!
What have you done for Scott? Scott right now doesn't have money to buy much of
anything in (posters)...Does Rick or anyone else who use MOPO ever offer Scott
anything, even a discount? NO
Scott doesn't even get a free auction catalogs from any of the auction house's.
He really doesn't have any idea what most of us are talking about in the major
auctions...SAD!
What is also sad is when us nobody's (including Scott) get enough courage to
post on a subject, most of you don't even have the decency to acknowledge that
we are members also.
I truly believe one of these days MOPO is going to shut down...than where are
all us going to be...on a over controlled list?
