I guess being on other side of world makes a difference
to what they can get away with.
Last time it happened to us was a $20k poster.
Ebay would only credit the VFV against future listings, and of course the
initial listing fee was forfeit to them.

in this case it was just a few hours.
the other party has up to a week to agree to cancel the transaction, if
they don't then we can end it and get the fees back then.
so.....best case scenario we get the fees back almost
immediately.....worst case it takes 7 days.
