It's a one sheet for a 1939 Terry-Toons cartoon titled Edgar Runs Again.
Tooker litho with black and white box in middle depicting a man dressed up and
smoking a big cigar. He's driving a horse and buggy with "High Class
Junk"lettered on side of buggy that is full of stuff like lamps, furniture etc.
Most of the poster is bright orange and yellow with various cartoon characters
that I don't recognize.
Any idea on value, scarcity, desirability?
