They are silly and a waste. I've had clients ask for them too and will provide one, but EVERYTHING I sell, comes with an UNLIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE as long as the item is in the same condition as originally sold and of course as long as I am still around. By the way, percentage wise, I bet I've had less returns than every major dealer out there. One that comes to mind was someone who wanted to return an Insert because the colors in the poster didn't match her livingroom. Of course, I took it back. My return policy is to take anything back for any reason whatsoever and that's been my policy for as long as I've been in business.
