I just received shipping instructions from Heritage and noticed that there seems to have been a change of policy....
Please note that all orders over $250 and paid by PayPal or credit card must be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs have always been an issue for internation bidders with the "to be determined" aspect meaning that you never know how much you are going to pay for postage. I'm not sure if this policy is across the board to include all Sunday auctions and even eBay auctions. I imagine that shipping by Fedex or UPS is going to greatly increase the cost of postage for international customers. Perhaps Grey might be able to comment on the policy change.
