I saw it last night - and after reading a few bad reviews (NY Times among them) I decided to give Marty a shot. I'm glad I did. It wasn't his best, but it held my attention, had a very 50's look/feel, great camerawork/lighting and editing - wonderful score by Marty's buddy Robbie Robertson, teased towards Hitchcock some - Vertigo and N x NW, and was very well acted. I give it a B- worth a look for sure. See it for yourself and make your own opinion. I firmly believe that just because someone write for a newspaper, NY Times included, doesn't make his or her opinion better than mine!
