The restaurant was probably Jilly's but to call it a restaurant gives it too much credit. It was a watering hole and the owner was Sinatra's pal. It was near Roseland because I always used to wind up there with a television crew when we were working at Roseland which was nearby on 52nd Street. FRANC

Hi Folks.... I have a Sinatra Story...... I was doing a Tradeshow at the Javitts center one year...

We went sight seeing... and stoppted at Carnegie Hall..... Sinatra was appearing however he stopped the gig

as Sammy Davis died and also Jim Henson  I think while I was there..

So the doorman and I talked.. He said Sinatra was just here picking up his sheet music as hes leaving to Go to Sammys funeral...

literally a few moment  from Meeting Frank....

Then Iate at a Restraunt that he went to.. In the theatre district,.. I cant remember the name.. But I was staying
at the  Milford Plaza hotel... so Itwwas near that .. Like 48-49TH???
So I remeber as they had tos of Photos Of Frank and very Italian,,,
So wwhat do I do???? ask for red French on my salad... the Italian Guys says Sir!! this is a Italian restraunt..
 Also ate at MIMI pizza a place Paul Mcartney swaer is best NYC pizza.... and also ate  at the Diner that was in After Hours...
I love NYC  its a great ambiance and yet it also drives me nuts  trying to get around and not say excuse me.. :)
 thta can get you beat up..in NYC....

I saw speed the plow with maddonn a as it was  next door to the hotel... Gregory Peck, Mat Dillion and Joan Rivers where there and Sean Penn.... I gave her Body gaurd one of my Movie reel Clocks and saw them Load it in the car...  wwwowo another Detroter    Forgot about that one... damn.
I have a Bunch of Sinatra albums on vinyl and the quincy Jones charts are great.

Thanks again Franc, I've taken a look, nice...good stuff! Certainly better than the Ocean's 11 posters I've found, I kind of got my hopes up and went for the obvious, it's not all that bad I guess in all fairness. I'll have a dig around for more.
