It always surprises me when sellers attack buyers.  Wouldn't this be
considered counterproductive?

Anyway, this Ebay seller that I buy from pretty frequently always offers
small discount offers with every order (which I have never used)  Thought
I'd use it on my last purchase, after all - why not?  The seller sent an
invoice without the discount so I sent a second request (figuring they get
lots of emails and might have missed the first one)  In response, the seller
sent not just one but two really nasty emails.  I thought the first one was
bad until I got the second one.

Rather than reply, which I was tempted to do, I thought the best thing would
be not to give any feedback and never buy anything from them again.

What would you have done?
