Not sure what the fine would be vs. what you'd have to pay in legal costs to defend your reputation, obviously you've given it considerable thought and decided in favor of the least expensive option. I did make one stab at trying to get the lawsuit against me dismissed, with no luck. I have been informed that it would take thousands of dollars to defend my participation in this matter, so I will probably not do it. I am expecting that some where down the line there will be some type of default judgment against me. This is our fine legal/justice system at work, I was just trying to help prevent some poor soul from spending $200,000+ for a poster that might have been questionable. How does this happen? As far as the other fake scam that has hurt this business, have any of the victims had their money returned to them? It appears that, with the exception of the one arrest, any and all involved in this matter, to date, its "business as usual?" If anyone has any info, I certainly would be interested in hearing it.
