Hi Everyone,

I just found out about something very strange with Ebay (what else is new).

The "enlarge" function that enables people to see a larger version of your
item in the gallery listings is free if you post a listing in a
"collectible" category but must be paid for if you use the "Entertainment
Memorabilia" categories.

This makes no sense as I list some autographed items in either one of these
categories depending on which has appropriate sub-categories for the item.
So, some of my listings enjoy the free "enlarge" ability and some don't.

I just spent almost 4 hours with Ebay (3.5 of them on hold) talking about
this and two people agreed that it makes no sense but had no explanation.
They only told me to send Ebay a suggestion to provide this function for
free in the Entertainment Memorabilia category as well.

One person (in the President's office) did suggest that I get other sellers
to do the same thing so that they will see it's a desire of more than one.
Please kindly email them through your account regarding this, if you can
make the time, as this is a nice function that I believe helps in getting
visibility in the listing pages and stores.

Thanks,

Irv
