The conversion of our society into evolution deniers and school boards like the one in Texas forcing through such an agenda as "Intelligent Design" into our schools shows that we have not progressed as a society in some very important ways. I'm constantly telling people that our political struggles are like a war between religion and intelligence. But it isn't just about Southern states.
