I'm 58 too (59 in November) and I'm working more hours now (up to 54
hours a week as a salesman for P. C. Richard and Son) than I ever
did as an IT Systems Analyst (35 hours a week) for the State of Connecticut.

Thanks much, Rick. You are correct that I'll be working, but that's
only because Part II of my 11th Annual Halloween Auction starts
tonight (or otherwise I would take the day off)!
Last night I went for a 40 minute walk with my 3 youngest (11, 8,
and 6) and I need to do that a lot more, because it is good for me
and I love spending time with them. I have cut back my working from
around 50 hours a week to 35, and I want to get that down to 25
within 6 months.
I have one question. How in the heck did I get to be 58? The years
really HAVE flown by, so those of you who are quite a bit younger
think about that and don't squander your best years!
