How big is a "small run"?
If it is just a couple of posters, yoiur best bet might be to find a
copy house with a large color inkjet printer. D size or larger. Give
them the highest possible resulution image file and have them print on
photo paper. Higher printing costs, but no setup charges.

It's just printing we need, we already have a poster design. I don't
need someone to create it.
And our budget is whatever I have in my pocket. Which isn't much. :)
