Can any dealer on this list tell me if they have dealt with a buyer on
Ebay named ziriguidum11? His name is Richard Lessa of Harold Silva Filho
in Argentina. After receiving a quick payment and a "Confirmed" address
from PayPal, I shipped his purchases. Now a week later, PayPal has
reversed his payment and claims his address is "Unconfirmed". Needless
to say, PayPal was not at all helpful when I phoned them to complain.
This buyer has a 100% positive feedback on Ebay and he seems to buy
stills, posters and lobby cards regularly. Any information anyone on
MOPO may have would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
