The clue is that this is a rehearsed skit. Directed from start to finish. Obvious. Look at the patrons around the restaurant. They are all acting as if nothing is going on, let alone responding to any real disdain or discomfort (why? because they had sat thru a few rehearsals, prior to it being shot)...lol
