Great to hear that he has been sentenced. What about his accomplices? Will
further charges be laid?

Subject: [MOPO] Haggard sentenced
I attended (& spoke to the Judge on the victim's behalf) the sentencing of
Kerry Haggard this afternoon in Federal Court. He was sentenced to 78 mos.
in a Federal Penitentiary (with credit for 1 yr timed served) plus 3 yrs
(minimum) Federal Probation, plus full restitution of $1,377,000, with no
parole. All victims who came forth will receive at least some compensation.
the Judge announced all the victim's names and the amount they were fleeced
out of. Apparently there is at least $900,000- worth of posters extant that
the Government couldn't locate. Hopefully they will surface in the future.
At least one cretin is gone from the hobby. Maybe someday we'll get rid of
the rest of 'em!
