Hey gang (Our Gang?),
If you are a fan or collector of any of these classic comedians, please email
or text me. I am trying to collect posters or trade ad images from them that
might be by Al Hirschfeld.
In the pursuit of this I often find non-Hirschfeld items too--like a pressbook
to "Steamboat Bill, Jr." I found in a rare bookstore (wonderful Hadley art, but
no Hirschfeld, so I consigned it to Heritage, but would have traded.)
I will be searching with vigor when I am finally living in the movie Mecca of
LA next month and will create a want list so we both win (have one already for
Wheeler and Woolsey and Laurel and Hardy.)
