I received the following message two days ago:

"On 6/8/10 I bought a poster, Born to Be Loved, and when I received I put
it away and never opened it. I opened the package yesterday and discovered
that the poster was in lesser condition than what was described [it was
graded "good to very good"]. There are two small, but significant holes in
the top part of it, not in the border. These were not evident in the
picture, although when I look at the picture you have on file, now that I
know what I'm looking for, at least one of them is vaguely evident. In the
description of the poster, there was no mention of holes in the body of the
poster. I realize this is coming quite late, two years later, but I'm
hoping you will consider my request for a refund or credit."

I looked back at the original auction, and the buyer was correct that the
two holes in the top left and right background areas were *NOT *described
in words (I also looked at the original super-size image, which is no
longer online, but stored in our files, and saw that they *WERE *visible
there, but it would have been better had these significantly enlarged
pinholes been also described in words).

So I replied as follows:

"I am sure you realize that there is no place in the world that would give
you a refund for a movie poster over *TWO YEARS* later, but you found the
one place that will! Incidentally, we are attaching the original
super-sized image that was on the auction when you bought it, and in that
image, you *CAN *clearly see the holes. But go ahead and send it back to
us. We will refund you once we receive it.
Thanks very much,
Bruce

We absolutely *DO *go the extra mile to make our customers happy!
