Thanks,

there do seem to be two images knocking about on the net, Banks seems to be blonde in one and red headed in the other (fading taken place on the blondish one? red is very susceptible to fading). Can't look at my Borst book to see which one he has, it's in storage. Great poster, always thought it would look great framed next to 'Island of the Lost Souls' 1 sheet 1932, a vintage year that one.

One has never come up for auction to my knowledge...but one (one of two known? - the other belonging to Ron Borst) sold privately maybe 10 years ago after it was on Ebay. It came from the collection of a long-time collector in Northern California.

Hi Mopo

How many The Most Dangerous Game 1 sheets have
come up for auction
or for sale?

It does seem to be very rare, probably
something to do with
it’s production, that of being a film that as made to keep
the stars from King
Kong in one place while the lengthy animation sequence took
place, so
advertisement would have been very minimal.

Any info highly appreciated.

Thank you Simon
