My guess is "seller's remorse"... or, they read MOPO too. Millions of postal articles. Of course someone spends all their time looking for rare posters. Maybe.
But the odds of this one being tossed right on top of the mentions of MOPO of rarity, value, etc seem a bit slim. Cynical perhaps, but then I have been in this game 40 years or so.
