Thanks, Dave,
It sounds like folks should be politely asking/emailing her and
asking to have their posters returned... restored or not (or even in
progress of being done).

Revised to include her e-mail address.
My last contact info on Carol is 805.516.9075, 1306 Old Telegraph
Rd., Fillmore, CA 93015; her e-mail is ctin...@gmail.com She has
had one of my posters for almost a year. Here's what I know:
1. Carol's home in Fillmore is being converted by her landlord into
"for sale" property.
2. As a result, her stated plan is to move back to Orange, CA,
health permitting.
3. During the past 15 months, she has had two major surgeries,
disrupting her work.
4. Her brother died suddenly in the spring of this year, also
disrupting her work.
5. She is "non-ambulatory" and my guess is she'll remain disabled
until next year.
6. She is 68 years old and recuperating slowly.
7. Her stated goal is to re-establish her business in Orange.
8. My last contact with her was August 28, 2013.
9. She was extremely emotional when I asked her to give me a
progress report.
I do not recommend anyone sending posters to her until further
notice, in particular, not until she is able to resume work after
she moves to Orange. I suspect she has posters from other
collectors backed-up, waiting to be fixed. I am fearful that if
she is verbally unresponsive, pitchforks and torches might soon
follow.
I left a voice mail for her about this today. Although she has
good intentions, I am NOT optimistic her problems will be resolved
in a timely manner, e.g., within a few weeks - because of
circumstances beyond her control. If I hear from her, I will let
everyone know. If I do not hear from her, I will post nothing as
this will obviously be a bad sign of the status of her present-day
misfortunes. - d.

I met Carol Tincup on April 25, 2012 and gave her two items to be
restored. She has promised many times to send the posters to me and
hasn’t. If anyone has any advice or knowledge re. Tincup that will
help me I would appreciate it.
