* 14th Annual Halloween Auctions<http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/all.html>

Note that while the 1,579 items in the four parts combined do not represent
the ultimate collection of horror/sci-fi posters and lobby cards (they
include *LOTS* of inexpensive items), they *DO* contain a really remarkable
selection of items from a high percentage of the horror/sci-fi movies made
in the 1950s and 1960s! Most of these came from longtime collectors who
purchased the items directly from movie theaters or movie poster exchanges,
and (except for the linenbacked ones) a high percentage of them have never
had any professional restoration!

If you ever watch the TV show "American Pickers", you know how those guys
talk about items being "barn fresh", meaning they were stored in a barn for
decades and that they are just now being sold. Also, those guys don't mind
that items show signs of being old, or of being used, because they feel
that signs of age are part of what makes an old item desirable. In the same
way, most of the posters we are auctioning are "theater fresh", meaning
they were actually used in a movie theater, and have been stored ever
since, but they have pinholes, tears, amateur tape repairs, and other
defects typical of actually being used. Some collectors don't want posters
like these, but many others are accepting of these defects, and if you are,
then this set of auctions is surely the one for you, because you will find
an amazing selection of 1950s horror/sci-fi posters and lobby cards.

In a way, it is like entering a time machine back to the 1960s, when you
could walk into a movie poster exchange (or write them through the mail),
and give them a list of titles you wanted, and they would tell you
everything they had available on each size, and more often than not, they
would have at least one item from every title you wanted. Similarly, this
auction contains items from a high percentage of the horror/sci-fi titles
of the 1950s and 1960s! It has been many years since these titles were
easily obtainable. In many cases, we last auctioned the same item five or
more years ago, and not one example of that item has been consigned to us
in the past five years!

Part I of our 14th Annual Halloween Auction closes this Sunday, November 3rd,
and it contains *ALL* of the one-sheets (linenbacked, rolled, and folded).

Part II closes Tuesday night (November 5th) and contains non-one-sheet
linenbacked posters and "oversized" items. Click on the below banner for

(including inserts, half-sheets, and posters from 10 different countries).

So you can view *EVERY* single one of the 1,579 items in all four parts
before placing a bid on any of the items, which is certainly a great help
in planning your bidding strategy. With this many items being sold at once,
there are sure to be some good buys, and possible some outright "steals",
but you can't get those great deals unless you are bidding. We know that
many bidders will likely wait for the end to bid, so don't be fooled if you
are the high bidder for 6 days and 23 hours. If you you really want to buy
items, do your best to check back in the final hour (or better yet, in the
final minutes). Remember that in *OUR* auctions, you can't have an item
snatched away from you in the final seconds, because of our "time extended"
feature, which means that 5 minutes must go by without a bid before an item
closes.

What distinguishes *OUR *Major Auctions from other major auctions? *Only
the lack of any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and
unenhanced super-sized images!* You will find an amazing "supermarket"
selection of great posters from decades of horror/sci-fi/fantasy movies!

*A really wonderful bonus offer of $345 retail of movie poster books to
the buyers of any 12 items from this special auction*
If you are a member of our * weekly e-mail
club<https://www.emovieposter.com/club/archive.php>
*, we are offering *ONE* incredibly generous bonus offer (see below for
exact details) to those who purchase just *TWELVE* items from any of the
parts combined (you need just purchase a total of twelve items from any of
the parts together, so if you get twelve from any one part, you get it, and
if you get 6 each from two parts you get it, if you get 3 each from all
four parts you get it, etc, as long as your total wins is twelve or more!).
We also have an incredible "*GRAND PRIZE*" for the person who purchases the
most items from all four parts combined. That person gets *ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS (at our current retail) of VINTAGE MOVIE POSTERS * (so if you are
