Many sellers feel that because they have been loyal to ebay for all these years
and have maintained good feedback and spent plenty of money in fees they
deserve some loyalty in return. That really is not the case. If you dont accept
the rule changes and standards you are in danger of being kicked out
irrespective of how long you have been selling.

by the way, what is happening now is that ebay is hamstringing those that did
not consider this to be something that might happen down the road.
start thinking of all the other ways ebay can screw you.. each will become a
reality in it's own time.
Those that did not create other avenues due to malaise or a lack of foresight
are now feeling this pressure.

work followed, but I am not beholden to anyone
