Doesn’t surprise me at all and the costs are actually more for me as I have to absorb GST on each transaction and postage costs.
I do think that a lot of people who sell low value items either lose money or barely break even by selling on ebay. Unfortunately, they just don’t realise it because the costs are spread over a lot of areas.
