Hi to you all Just letting you know that I have purchased a major collection of Australian and International movie posters covering the 20s - 50s. Many of the Australian posters have not been seen before and it has been a great pleasure sorting through them all. I think it is fair to say that the price paid for the posters would have to be the highest ever paid in Australia for a single collection.
I am gradually listing them on a daily basis on my website www.moviemem.com starting with the daybills. When they are all listed, I will move on to the one sheets and international posters. Many posters have sold in the last week or so and I am putting images of sold items on my Facebook page when time permits. https://www.facebook.com/moviememmovieposters/ I have had a lot of emails from collectors asking me what is coming in the collection but all I can say is check the site on a regular basis as I won't reveal them until they are actually listed. There will be plenty of the classics, including Marilyn Monroe, Bogart, Errol Flynn, Serial posters, etc coming soon! I hope you enjoy the images.
