I was privileged to meet him at the TCM Bonham auction of some of his
posters in NY ..he was surrounded by people and I told someone from his
entourage I was big fan and wanted to meet him.. She brought him over and
he was so gracious to me..he put his arm around my shoulder and whispered
in my ear " the posters are too expensive don't you think"? ..we both
laughed ..I was hoping to meet him again in some venue..now in heaven i
hope..truly a huge loss to the film loving community
