Kirby, I used to go around the NSS Depot in LA in the mid 70’s through mid 90’s. Perhaps someone on the list would know if that location is different than the one you seek from the late nineties.
My memory is of a warehouse type of building set back from a corner on La Cienega Blvd; probably near cross streets like 18th or Guthrie. It was nearer the 405 Freeway and about halfway between Fox Studios and MGM Studios (now the Sony/Columbia lot) and east of both of them. Lots of small ethnic eateries nearby then and now.
