Yes, Tom this is the problem with the paperless society. You can lose everything if you are hacked. Cyber attacks have hit many major institutions and it seems to be getting worse. Three days offline is a huge problem for a company like Heritage and I wish them well and hope they will be able to get it sorted soon.
