happy graduation Phyllis- God bless
I met Noel Neill at acomic convention one year i was trying to Help Adam
West getin the 89 Batman andi asked her if she would help///I figured
herand Jack Larson may have some impact..I just spoke to her very brief
but she jus said Good luck
My fave Superman was George Reeves...and i was born in 19566 so i dont
remember Phyllis very well,,,maybe they looked similar??
Great show as all the early shows were like leave it to Beaver, Lone
Ranger , Gilligan's Island, Adams Family, Munsters, Lucy, Combat, Voyage
to Bottom of the Sea, all the westerns Like POnderosa, Gunsmoke,
bewitched, Star trek, Jackie Gleeson, Johnny Carson, so many Baby
boomers were so Lucky we had the best they still rerun them.. even the 3
stooges.and early Marx Bros.
I still like old Tv and watch re runs allthe time..The writers were
great,,
a I would bet many mopop people also like the old shows Too
I still have TV?radio guide magazines as thatwas theplace to get
articles onthe fave TV starsts,,and soaps like dr,Kildare and all the
others,,plus had the popular stars of the day even Music like Elvisand
others i left poout beverly hillbillies..the sound man from Glen glen
sound who did the Hillbillies came in My shop we talked about the
special EQ they used on those 60s tv show very midrange and punchy he
was impressed i knew the suble sounds and they used great gear to record
my area i liked in Movies and production was the camera and the sounds
and lights and technical aspects I sold a 35nn novie camera edward
Morrow filmed his cbs TV show with..andI had some old Movie cameras that
filmed some real history like old wood 35mm Hand cranks...I knew a gut
that boughtallthe mgm gear when Sony bought the old MGM studios...I
bought mole Richarson 2K fresnels and had to take the mgm logo off as i
sold them To Paramount..they were 30s vintage cast iron and could have
been used on Wizard of Oz or GWTW !!!! wow
I must stop before i go in meltdown mode..:)
best to all of MOPO God Bless
