I went to a local corrogated converter and had them made for me..I had
one side done in white claycoat ,, d flute 299 lb test with the
corogation going vertically so they dont buckle ..If you buy 1000 sheets
or more should be about 1.00 a sheet .they come ona few pallets..
if the box converter has extra pads they wil givea better deal.. you can
also have some smaller piece made like 22 x28 and 14 x 36..and ever
11x14 forlobbys//I used 2 11 x14 to pack folded one sheets..and i would
shrink wrap a
weatherproof clear shrink film over the item and then use ethafoam 1/8
foam around itand placeina largrge
you may get them down to 75 cent in brown kraft
buy local as they will ship to your door
check for corrugated box makers in your area.
