Big business sellers ike Heritage receive huge discounts with Fedex and UPS. Once upon a time, Heritage would pass these savings on to their international buyers. Not anymore, now everyone pays full retail to Heritage and the savings fill their pockets. Also, private carriers charge by volume weight and the Heritage shipping department likes to go BIG. Which means additional costs for the buyer and an even bigger extra profit for Heritage.
On the other hand, that's a small price to pay when you consider the 'safety' only the corporations can offer you. Unlike small businesses who couldn't care less about the few thousand clients they serve, the corporations REALLY care about every one of their milliions of buyers, so if you really want to be 'safe', keep on catering to them. And once the last independent business has closed down, you can be sure to be 100% 'safe'.

Tommy, all you need to do is contact Client Services and ask to be placed on the do not ship list. the charges will not appear on your invoice after that.
