Yup. Like any Big Business Heritage gets massive discounts with UPS and Fedex. Once upon a time, they passed them on to their international buyers and only charged extra for packing materials and work. These days, they charge what appears to be full retail rates and pocket their discount as extra profit.

 

Both UPS and Fedex charge by volume weight, and especially when it comes to flat packages, Heritage loves to go BIG. Which once again massively increases the cost for their international buyers, and brings in another extra profit for Heritage.

 

And they are not there yet. Like any good corporation, they will not be satisified until the last small business has closed its doors.

Its even worse if you are an international buyer. Postage is much higher and they also add taxes
