I have recently finished reading both ZMM and Lila. I found them very
fascinating. Like most, I found things to agree with and things I couldn't
quite reconcile.

Somehow, the ending of Lila (Quality as noun.) didn't surprise me very much
at all. It was where I was coming at from. What would happen if there was
a third book? Where would Quality end up at the end of that book? My real
question: Given that Quality is preexistent to any object or action,
unknowable and seems to be an absolute, could quality end up being God? If
not, why not? Was not the purpose/motivations of MOQ to bridge the gap
between religion and science? Why does it seem that there has not been any
openly acknowledged place for a God?

Saint

PS. Has there been an actual MOQ document extrapolated from Persig's books?
He keeps referring to the MOQ like it is all written down somewhere, while I
don't presume that he has or did, has anyone pulled one from the books?
