        I brought this point up in a previous post:  before debating on solutions, 
let's agree on the
problem and correctly state it; nonetheless, this thread of thought was buried in an 
explanation to 
another member about the BBS "solution".  Thanks for clearly summarizing the 
discussion in a _compact_
message with no other purpose but getting the problem straight.  Also, by renaming the 
thread via 
dropping a potential solution ("BBS"), it will maybe focus back on the essential 
problem.

I'd only add:

  5) Much of the Dynamic needs to be outlet to other channels that is not in a 
permanent log (private 
     mails? chat? tbd).

Now that you made this thread, perhaps we can focus this one on agreement by all of 
the fundamental
problem.. while the other existing one (or another to come) can explore suggested 
solutions instead
of waiting for agreement by all on the problems.  Hopefully, in a matter of days, 
these two should
meet.
