After some online research concerning copyright and "fair use"
considerations, I am now accepting links to reprints from authors for
inclusion in the "Library" at www.morphometrics.org

The one thing that is most clear is that the legal issues surrounding
the distribution of copyrighted material is unclear. Basically, though,
the distribution by authors of reprints (hardcopy or digitial) of
scholarly material [which in one case was argued to have no commercial
value 8-)] is generally considered covered under the "fair use" doctrine
for non-commercial, personal use for scholarship, research, and
education.

So, if you wish to provide links to reprints of your own papers, please
send the link and a journal-format citation to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with an appropriate subject line -
say, "Library Submission".

I will also post links to more extensive personal archives of individual
authors. In that case, please provide some descriptive text for the
link.

More information can be found on the "Library" page at
www.morphometrics.org.

NOTE: I am providing only links, not archiving reprints.

Thanks to Craig Macadam of Bradan Aquasurveys Ltd. for assistance in
this matter.
