I have been talking about relating genes to the shape of the body, organs or
tumors with a few people from the National Cancer Institute. We have some
methods that I think can be used for this, but have not published them yet.
Have you searched the Entrez database yet?
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gquery/gquery.fcgi I found a few hits there on
morphometry and gene expression, mostly cell morphometry however.

Subject: shape statistics and gene expression data

Greetings
I know somebody already inquired about this earlier but there didn't seem to
be much response. However, i was wondering if people out there are working
on (or are aware) of studies that have used gene expression data and
morphometrics in conjunction with one another.
Any response will be much appreciated.
