Hey all:

I have a primary question about preparing a data file for testing for common
slopes in TPSregr. I have 6 groups and i wanted to do a MANCOVA with the natural
log of centroid size. I created a file with 5 columns of dummy variables and 6
columns of individual group sizes (with 0's in rows for specimens from other
groups). This was done following specifications in the TPSregr help about test
ing for common slopes (see contents: Example of test for common slopes). However
when i try to use this file in TPSregr it gives me the message :"no missing
values parmitted". Has anyone run into this and knows how to get around it? It
seems like its determining the constants (1's or the O's or -1's) as missing
values. Any help will be much appreciated.
