I have just uploaded ver. 1.17 of tpsPLS to the Stony Brook Morphometrics website. It fixes a problem in the saving of the visualization plot for the variables (or the first of two shapes, depending on the mode of use). Thanks to Sonja Windhager for reporting the problem.
