Morphologika2 Version 2.5 1. fixes a bug which led to errors in the writing out of morphologika data files when .TPS and .NTS files are used as input. 2. fixes a bug in the computation of p values for the univariate and multivariate regressions. 3. now prints out eigenvalues in the results .csv file 4. now computes the % of total variance explained by multivariate regression I am very grateful to Andrea Cardini for spotting the bugs and helping me check they are fixed, and to Jim Rohlf for freely sharing his p-value computation code.
