Dear Colleague,

There is an overwhelming number of submissions coming through for the
ICE 2008 conference. We are pleased to announce that we have received
submissions for representatives from 85 countries.

Due to the amount of traffic on the site at the moment there are some
authors that are having difficulty with making their submission.

Please note that we will keep the online submission system open until
the 6th March 2008 in order to assist authors with making a successful
submission.

The Scientific Programme Committee will gladly consider submissions
after this date however their is no guarantee that you will be allocated
an oral presentation.

If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact Kerry:

With best wishes,
Conference Administrator
