Hi!
I'm working on the morphology of fishes using the Landmark program to visualize my 3D specimens and place landmark points on them. I now wanted to quantify the differences between the species using the landmak points I exported, but I don't know what kind of program I should use. I exported my points as .pts files (raw landmark points) and .dta files (NTSys landmark points) I wanted to represent my 3D specimens with my points, in a sort of squared cube. The points would be positionned in relation to their x, y, z coordinates.
I hope someone can help me!
Thanks
