Hello,

Thank you Andrea and Viviana, I was able to convert the TPS file to NTS,
although the analysis still doesn't work for the TPS format. Does
TPSRELW perform the same analysis on both file formats ?

Additionally, on one batch of photos, in addition to 16 landmarks, two
vertical lines were drawn on the image. TPSRELW doesn't seem to want to
analyze this batch (It gives the error: invalid floating point operation).

Do you know of any way around this, or will I have to go and remove
these "curves" and "points" individually ?

cheers,
Shahin

    Dear Shanin,
I suggest you to check if the file loads fine in other programs (TPSDig,
TPSSmall, MorphoJ etc.) and if you can convert it into NTS using
    TPSUtil.
If not, Viviana is probably right: there's an error somewhere.

I cannot promise to find time but if you want to send me the file and
you're not in a rush, I may have a chance to give a look and see if
    I can
    find something odd.

    Cheers

    Andrea
