Hello morphometric users,

I'm still very new to morphometrics and am struggling with a few
aspects. I have a control group and a surgery group which I would like
to compare. The only thing is my sample numbers are low around n=6 and
I have chosen 42 landmarks. The 2 groups appear to be quite different.
I have used twogroup to compare the control and surgery groups, but
now I'm lost on what the output is telling me. With the f-test,
procrustes I get data like
Bootstrapped F-test, F-Score : 7.18
 Significance level:p= 0.0100
 Bootstraps 100.0
Distance Between Means 0.1688

and with Goodall's f-test I get data like:
Bootstrapped Full P Distance between Means 0.1682
 95 percent Range 0.1409 0.2032
Standard Error in D 0.0171

but I'm really not sure what this all means (I have very limited stats
background).

The first test indicates sign. but how do interpret the second test
and which one should I be using?

thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.

Megan
