Yes there are. The Virtual Zooarchaeology of the Arctic Project:
http://vzap.iri.isu.edu has a range of vertebrate skulls available to download. They've chosen the U3D format saved to PDF as an easy way to widely distribute the scans, but you can do linear and angle measurements in acrobat with them. I think they have higher resolution models available as well, but haven't fully
explored the site yet.
