Hello everyone,
I updated the R scripts on my website to work with 2D as well as 3D.
http://home.uchicago.edu/~annat/homepage/R_scripts.html
Please check them out and let me know if you find any problems. The
three mostly used function are the unifyVD which unifies ventral and
dorsal aspects of the skull (or any other two aspects of the same
structure) based on common landmarks, the AMP which aligns along the
midline plane and reflects missing landmarks, and the OSymm function
that basically does the same thing but based on Klingenberg's object
symmetry.
In addition, you can find there a FileMaker taxonomic standardization
database that I've built for ruminants. You can use it also as a
template for other groups.

Hope that helps, and I'd appreciate any input,
Annat
