Jeff,

On my web page under the software tab there is an old DOS program that will perform the angle standardization approach. There are also a readme file and example data files for its use.

The input for this includes a landmark data file in nts format (TPSUtil can convert tps --> nts for you).

Best,

Dean

Hello. I just came across a paper by Dean C. Adams, 1999, about the use of three techniques for the morphometric analysis of articulating structures e.g. jaws. Does anyone know if a program exists for conducting this type of analysis in the thin-plate spline format? Thanks.
