On my web page under the software tab there is an old DOS program that
will perform the angle standardization approach. There are also a readme
file and example data files for its use.
The input for this includes a landmark data file in nts format (TPSUtil
can convert tps --> nts for you).

Hello. I just came across a paper by Dean C. Adams, 1999, about the
use of three techniques for the morphometric analysis of articulating
structures e.g. jaws. Does anyone know if a program exists for
conducting this type of analysis in the thin-plate spline format? Thanks.
